Reaching the World with the Gospel

IBC is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of reaching others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

While we support the Missions Giving plan of our Southern Baptist Convention, we don’t stop there.

Our team is constantly looking for a way to bless Missionaries throughout the world…starting right here in South Florida.

In addition:
ROC Ministries Online in El Salvador, led by Vladimir and Candace Vasquez, is making a huge difference in children’s lives, and Living Hope Church is involved through prayer and financial support.

Watch the video below to see just ONE of the places we’re involved!

Send North America – NAMB

Throughout the Bible we see a clear pattern of God calling and sending His followers. And God wants to send you as well. As believers, we are a people sent by God to carry the message of God’s love, mercy and redemption through His son Jesus Christ. That is missions at its core.

The question then becomes how do we best go about carrying that message. We believe the evidence is clear we are sent to reach new people best through starting new churches. Through a coordinated national strategy we call Send North America, our goal is to help move churches and individuals into all regions of North America to do just that

International Mission Board – IMB

Cooperative Program
Southern Baptist churches partner with their associations, state conventions and the SBC to do more through the Cooperative Program than they could ever do alone. It provides 30 percent of IMB’s total income.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering provides the largest portion of IMB’s income — 54 percent — and gives Southern Baptists a chance to support their missionaries through 100 percent of their gifts.

Cooperative Program – SBC

Every year Living Hope prayerfully decides how much of its undesignated gifts will be committed to reaching people in our state and around  the world through Cooperative Program. This amount is then forwarded to the Florida Baptist Convention.

During the annual meeting at our state convention, messengers from Living Hope and other churches across the state decide what percentage of Cooperative Program gifts contributed by all local congregations stays in our state to support local missions and ministries. The percentage to be forwarded to the Southern Baptist Convention for North American and international  missions and ministries is also determined at this time.
